Phoenix Care Wakefield was established in 2011 with an objective to deliver a fresh approach to personal care to individuals who need assistance within their own homes.
From the beginning we have had one main objective, which was to base our business around delivering only the finest care to our clients. Although we plan to grow, we believe that clients care should and will always be put first before profits and is the basis of our company and will only offer a service with the knowledge that the care package can be fulfilled to the highest standard.
Working in partnership with Wakefield Metropolitan District Council and servicing Wakefield and surrounding towns, you can be sure that you will receive only the finest care. All care packages are tailor made and are established and maintained by liaising directly with yourself and family members, to ensure that you will only receive a quality care package set around your personal needs, using designated carers, you can be sure that once your care plan has begun it will be maintained by your personal carer.
All our carers are highly valued and are encouraged to offer their opinions and suggestions to maintain only the highest standards and we feel that our carers are rewarded for their contributions towards the day to day running of the company by way of paying our staff well above the industry pay scales, in turn we believe because of this our staff are happy and feel valued, bringing a positive attitude to the company.
