Visiting Care - Person Centered Care

Our visiting calls allow the people we care for to live as independent life as possible in their own homes rather than have no choice but to go into a care home with dozens of other people.

All our home care patients are thoroughly assessed and have a unique care plan drawn up and agreed by them and often a close relative who understands their needs.

Personal Care & Cleaning Calls

Our personal care services are delivered as part of the over all care plan drawn up for each individual. These services include everything from helping them put on a sock through to showering or bathing the person we care for.

Medication Calls

Often we are required to make sure the people we care for are taking the right medication at the right times. All of our staff are fully trained to deliver this level of care and are also fully trained to operate PEG feeding systems where required.

Day or Night Sitting Service

Whether a sitting service is required to keep the person we care for company during the day or to give them peace of mind someone is there for them during the night we offer a flexible sitting service. Both day and night services can be regular events, delivered as part of the care plan or on an ad hoc basis.

Palliative Care

For those people who would prefer end of life care to be in their home rather than a hospice we offer a full range of palliative care services. Following a thorough assessment of needs, we draw up a personalised care plan which is designed to give the right level level of support and as much independence and comfort as possible to the person we care for.
